THE FIRM

HAKIMDANREKAN was established in 2005 as a law firm at the initiative of certain oil and gas industry professionals, including the former president and executives of distinguished Production Sharing Contract contractors and Indonesian oil and gas authorities.

Given that background, we developed into a “boutique” law firm, with ample experience in providing legal services to a variety of domestic and foreign clients in the oil and gas industry having to do with issues concerning regulations, contracts, licenses, procurement, and development of oil and gas field facilities. As such, we became not only a law firm dealing with theory and regulations, but also providing competence in giving a legal opinion within the context of managerial, business, and operational issues.

In our many years of providing services, we developed into a full-service law firm, as our lawyers are also highly qualified in other areas of expertise. We have rendered legal advice and services for various legal and managerial issues in the areas of construction, corporate & commercial, shipping & logistics, and compliance always taking into account the needs for the business strategy and decisions of our clients.

As a manifestation of our concern for improving legal education in Indonesia, HAKIMDAREKAN regularly organizes various legal training sessions for several Indonesian universities and enterprises.
