M. Hakim Nasution
Started his career as a lawyer in the law office of Harjono Tjitrosoebono. He then started a career in the oil and gas industry and occupied several executive positions in oil and gas companies (Senior Attorney ARCO Indonesia, Senior HR Manager BP Indonesia, VP HR & Administration VICO, VP Supply Chain Management BP Indonesia). With the benefit of his legal background in various fields, Mr. Nasution decided to play a more active role in the field of law and established the firm. He is also active as an Expert Member of Consultation Forum of Regions Producing Oil and Gas (FKDPM) and he was an Expert Witness in various legal disputes, e.g., bioremediation case of PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
Wisjnu Wardhana
Obtained his law degree from the University of Indonesia; and prior to joining the firm in 2006, he started his career as a lawyer at Sri Boediarti – Tisnadisastra law firm and Gani Djemat & Partners. He provides legal services to international and domestic clients in various matters such as corporate, litigation, land, employment and procurement. He assisted major Indonesian State’s Owned Company and PSC contractors in certain arbitration cases and in land acquisitions. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and the Indonesian Curator and Receiver Association.
Supriyadi
Obtained his law degree from University of Airlangga, his English for education degree from Governmental University of Surabaya(“Unesa”) formally known as IKIP Surabaya, and his post graduate (Master) in Laws (LL.M.) from Faculty of Law, University of Southampton, United Kingdom. His expertise includes oil and gas law, inter alia: merger and acquisition of oil and gas assets (“M&A”), Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”), Joint Operating Agreement (“JOA”), Gas Sale Agreement (“GSA”) and Off-take Agreement, Unitization Agreement, EPC Contracts, Project Financing, including their related negotiations. He is also familiar with geothermal energy contracts. He began his legal career in the area of oil and gas as a legal staff of PT Pertamina (Persero) and his last position was as Legal Vice President of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi. Before joining Pertamina, he was a commissioned officer of Indonesian Navy (TNI-AL) as a legal staff and an attorney. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and member of the Association International of Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN).
Moris Semuaji
After graduated from the University of Indonesia’ law school, he has already been a member of HAKIMDANREKAN. As a junior partner, he provides legal services in multiple legal matter both in litigation process, either in arbitration proceedings or courts and various corporate matter such as foreign investment, construction, shipping & logistics, risk management & compliance, and public private partnership. He is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

As a counsel of HAKIMDANREKAN, he has served in several important positions in Directorate General of Energy and Mineral Resources and in BPMIGAS the last position he has served was Kepala Dinas Litigasi dan Pertanahan Legas Division in BPMIGAS. He has a vast understanding in litigation, permits, and land matters.
